Requirements for Advancing the Operation
To proceed with any transaction, the following items will be required from the buyer:
Complete registration documentation, including:
Active CNPJ;
Proof of address;
Full compliance with due diligence, regulatory adherence, and contractual formalization processes.
Documentation provided by the seller/intermediary
Invoice, when applicable to the transaction;
Proof of origin;
GIA (Gemological Institute of America) gemological certificate, when applicable, attesting to the authenticity, grading, and technical characteristics of the gemstone;
Certificate for the metal or stone, containing details on purity and technical specifications;
Registration documentation, including CNPJ and business/residential address;
Other documents required for the formalization of the transaction and for due diligence procedures.
Valuation, Custody, and Place of Transaction
Large volumes: assessment and verification carried out at storage facilities (chosen by the buyer), certified laboratories, or specialized premises, as agreed upon in advance.
Smaller volumes: Operations may be conducted in reserved airport rooms, in compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
